I needed a small, cute enclosure for a motor speed controller for a client, so I threw a little something together…. and it turned out to be really terrific, so I made a bunch of them from scrap and gave them to friends and passers by, and even took one home to use as a place to contain the DSL modem, wireless router and the associated rat’s nest of wire. The design uses no glue or fasteners of any kind - It just slides together and stays there, and is sturdy enough to support hundreds of pounds. Cut on the CNC router from a Solidworks design in ultralight MDF.
