This is a VERY tiny end mill. Smaller than a whisker off your face.  Just to put it in perspective, the big round thing on the right is the edge of a good old “IN GOD WE TRUST” US quarter dollar.  You can see the “IN”   The best part is, this tool costs a little more than $50, and I won’t really know if it’s broken until the job is done!  Photographed through a microscope.
